Relevant background

• Experience from project work with responsibility for deliveries, such as project manager or sub-project manager, process manager, PMO or specialist  
• Experience in planning, monitoring and reporting on progress, benefits, changes, risk or quality          
• Experience from organizations of a certain size, preferably within the Norwegian public sector         

Subject competence in one or more of these areas:

• Project management
• Business IT architecture
• Defining needs and specifications
• Service design
• IT Procurement
• Information security
• Agile methodology

Further, it is an advantage if you can document your knowledge through certifications such as:

• Project: PRINCE2, MSP, PMP etc.         
• Flexible methodology / agile methods: ITPP, SCRUM         
• Testing / Testing Strategy: ISTQB         
• Architecture and IT Governance: TOGAF         

Education and experience

• Higher education (university degree) in IT / technology / digitalization         
• 5 - 15 years of relevant experience
