Our Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology business is continuing to grow, taking on exciting new challenges in aerospace, defence, security and technology.     • You'll be part of our P3M Delivery Practice. In your role, you'll enable organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations. You'll work directly with clients, identifying, shaping and managing better delivery capabilities. You'll be supported to lead your own work packages or Agile delivery teams across our markets.
    • We're looking for passionate people to make a difference. Working on a variety of projects across government and critical national infrastructure that will influence the future of our country. Managing projects from start to finish, developing and implementing innovative technological solutions to complex client problems, and supporting the nationwide digital transformation. You'll be responsible for winning new work by creating compelling bids and spotting opportunities to grow Atkins services.
    • You'll undertake projects that use quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse, model and identify solutions to our customers’ business decisions. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with customers to scope their analysis requirements and modelling of complex scenarios using a wide range of techniques. You will also generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing cost-benefit analysis to support business cases for major projects.
  • Join a team that provide a range of services covering the full lifecycle of location-based information from data acquisition, processing and spatial analysis to information and data management. You'll be responsible for delivering innovative, quality solutions to our clients enabling them to use data to make well informed decisions in a user friendly and intuitive environment. Our success lies in our integration across the Atkins businesses, and our hunger to push geospatial solutions ever forward.
  • You'll provide architectural consultancy and expertise to our clients on their technology roadmaps Data Assurance, Data Security and Data Exploitation. In order to increase the value of data and allow them to increase agility, business responsiveness and delivering business value faster. You'll be responsible for the definition of data architecture, data models, options and solutions to meet strategic business objectives. Ensuring these designs and solutions are efficient, sustainable and fit-for-purpose for current and future business needs.
  • Join a team that delivers Cyber Security advice and guidance for clients in BAU, technical refresh and new project environments. You'll be able to apply technical knowledge, with creative and innovative thinking and identify and establish good security governance to meet client business requirements. Being responsible for Cyber Security risk assessments and determining the most cost effective deployment of security controls and solutions for our clients. Stakeholder management is key.
  • Join our growing Human Factors team, you'll have responsibility for quality technical delivery, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. Client facing tasks will vary from working in multi-disciplinary teams on major engineering programmes to carrying out specialised work on an individual basis, and supporting colleagues in delivery of specific project outputs. You'll have experience in some of the following; Human Machine Interface development, scientific methods and statistics, procedures analysis, safety analysis, human performance measurements, workstation and operations room design. Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is ideal.
  • You'll be supported to lead projects in Systems thinking – analysing, assessing and developing ways to mitigate safety, environmental and cyber threats. Keep yourself challenged on our wide variety of projects, from niche consultancy schemes to large, high profile programmes.
  • Joining a team that requires complex solutions to technically challenging engineering problems faced by our clients. From initial design concepts for new products, to qualification testing, certification and in-service support, you'll be involved at all stages of a project. Mechanical disciplines include; classical and finite element stress analysis of composite and metallic components, systems engineering, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis through to composite and metallic design. You'll will be joining a high-end engineering team working on ground breaking projects.
  • You'll be confident in your ability to extract, combine, process, analyse and interpret data from different sources. Supporting on bids and live project teams to develop and implement appropriate methodologies for projects. You'll be a clear communicator who can build relationships with key stakeholders and accurately understand their requirements in a fast-paced environment. Bringing data visualisations skills and the ability to make recommendations on findings of analyses is key.

On the day of the event, log in to our immersive virtual environment, at any time convenient to you between 11:00am and 4:30 PM GMT, where you can visit booths to view images, documents and videos. Our ADS&T teams will be available via messaging or video chat at the booths. And you’ll also be able to watch a presentation and participate in a live Q&A.
    • All you’ll need to access our fair is an internet connection and a device such as a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone. On the day, just log on to your browser, and enter the password that you would have set when you register.

  • No, the careers fair is very informal and we want you to feel comfortable whilst engaging with our manager and recruiters. Based on your experience and the conversations you have at the careers fair, we may contact you afterwards to invite you to an interview.
