    • Browse our careers site and utilise the chatbot facility to help you discover more about the placement roles that could be right for you. Please ensure you read the associated job descriptions for each role and sector that you’re interested in as there may be exciting opportunities that you may not have considered previously.
    • So, you've chosen the role, and you're ready to apply. We'll ask you to kick things off by completing a short registration process designed to gather some basic details about you and the role you’re interested in applying for.
    • Our video based situational judgement test uses a series of multiple-choice questions and presents you with a number of different work-based scenarios. It’s a bespoke for Atkins and all of the scenarios presented are based on typical situations you may find yourself in once you join us. As the name suggests it is a test, so it’s really important that you focus on your answers and take it seriously, as the outcome will determine whether you progress to the next stage of the process. You’ll only have one opportunity to do it - so take your computer somewhere quiet, go through the introduction guidelines and use the test question to give you a feel of what to expect.
    • Here you’ll give us some more information about you, your educational background and core modules of your degree. You’ll then be asked to compete our long answer questions., which will give you the opportunity to showcase yourself and suitability for Atkins. As we don’t consider CV's it’s important that you take your time and ensure all the information you want captured is conveyed in this section.
    • This will be an opportunity to virtually meet the team who you could be working with. This interview will be the opportunity for you to showcase your relevant skills and suitability for the role, as well as sharing your future aspirations. Make sure you come prepared with some great questions to ask the team about how they work and what to expect day to day.
