The Atkins Professional Apprenticeships scheme comprises Advanced Apprentices (Level 3), Higher Apprentices (Level 4-5) and Degree Apprentices (Level 6). For each Level, we offer a competitive salary which is advertised on our careers pages and discussed with you during the recruitment process.
Your salary will be dependent on Level of your apprenticeship and location. The following are the Apprentice salary ranges by Level for our 2024 intake:
Level 3 £20,000 - £21,800
Level 4 £21,000 - £22,800
Level 5 £22,000 - £23,800
Level 6 £23,400 - £27,352
Level 7 £29,000 - £31,500 (dependent on location and team)
