Changes to our recruitment process
Following U.S. Government announcements of new measures to help tackle the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share some further guidance on our recruitment processes here in the U.S.
Our priorities are ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our people and our candidates. One of the latest Government guidelines to facilitate social distancing is for people to avoid social gatherings of 2+ people, limit discretionary travel and work from home where possible. As such, for any U.S. applications made on or after March 16, 2020, we will no longer be conducting in-person interviews unless approved by the COO and HR Director.
We have all the online/virtual alternatives in place to complete our recruitment process so bear with us during these unprecedented times.
