Recruitment Process Update
Following the Governments announcements across the country of new measures to help tackle the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share some further guidance on our recruitment and mobilisation processes here in the Australia.
Firstly, our priorities are ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our people and our candidates. One of the latest guidelines to facilitate social distancing is for people to work from home where possible. As such, for any applications made on or after 23rd March 2020 face-to-face interviews will no longer be possible. Alternatively, we will conduct interviews via the phone or online platforms.
Secondly, we will continue to support our clients and projects by mobilising resources where it’s possible. State Governments are implementing new measures to contain the virus on a daily basis and we are monitoring the situation very closely. Where it is feasible and safe to do so, we will continue with the mobilisation process.
