Requirement:
- Revit Skills Mandatory
- Should have worked on BIM from the scratch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering (B.Tech. or B.Arch.) from a recognised Institute with a minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience with Architectural or Structural understanding.
Job Role:
- Strong with originator level.
- Need to have knowledge on how to develop site construction drawings.
- Strong Communication skills – who can interact with client and among team members.
- Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally.
- Demonstrate the understanding and implementing of commercial aspect of executing the project through managing the project within budget and given timeline
- Demonstrate the capability of leading a dynamic team identified for the project.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be highly self-motivated and ambitious
- Be able to work with limited supervision
- Be able to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers
- Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Have experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment
- Knowledge in French would be an advantage.
