Construction Data Analyst
Our Oregon Team is growing! If you want to be a part of a global international corporation within a local team that is growing at a rapid pace and have some experience as a Developer, we want to talk with you! This position will play a key role in supporting growth through data-driven decision making. This position has the unique opportunity to grow new business intelligence capabilities that advance the company’s ability to access and use critical sources of information. Core to role will be the design and development of dashboards that convert complex data into clear, visually intuitive, dynamic tools that enable business users to quickly and easily analyze key data. The position necessitates strong technical skills in data architecture and modeling, plus creativity in data visualization and dashboard design using platforms such as Power BI, SQL and Advanced Excel. Working knowledge of P6 is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and deliver dashboards that enable senior leaders and business teams to efficiently understand data trends
-Build optimized data models that support dashboard requirements, integrating data from enterprise data warehouses
-Understand key business needs and translate into dashboard data, metric, and dimension requirements
-Work closely with estimators and IT partners on data model construction and data analysis
-Share solutions and collaborate with the broader analytics, business intelligence, and internal IT community
-Continually engage in self-learning activities to advance understanding of the latest Power BI capabilities
-Have a passion for big data, data science and predictive modeling
-Advanced Excel is required, VBA experience is preferred
-Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and risk policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
-Experience developing data models and dashboards
-Expert-level proficiency in designing and building data models to enable optimal use -P6 knowledge highly desirable
-Experience gathering business requirements for reporting needs
-Strong attention to detail and managing time efficiently
-Strong collaboration skills
-Highly responsive and driven individual for a demanding work environment
