We are seeking a Transport Planner to join our expanding Transport Planning team in the Engineering, Design and Project Management (EDPM) business, based in Melbourne.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, with simulation modelling experience and a penchant for digital engineering and data analytics.
What you bring to the team
2+ years in transport planning consultancy
A bachelor’s degree or higher in associated field
Experience in transport and pedestrian modelling
Genuine interest in planning and design for safe and efficient people movement
Skills in data analytics and insight derivation, python scripting and programming
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in an integrated team environment
Drive to continuously seek innovation and improvement (self, project, strategic)
Working knowledge of the local environment, relevant industry, particularly working within the transport sector
