Our teams are supporting over 18,500 people across the Atkins group including those based in offices and working on remote sites with our clients.
Our global service desk team are committed to delivering a 24/7, 365 days a year service ensuring we keep our people and projects delivering for clients. This includes deskside support and product specialists providing the latest technology solutions available.
Our ethos within Group IS focuses on a commitment to driving a Digital by Default agenda; an approach that ensures our people are equipped with the latest products, tools and services. This means we can all work collaboratively from anywhere in the world and on any device, using Office 365 and Skype for Business, improving the pace and quality of delivery for our partners and clients.
In addition to our core support services, we have a team dedicated to innovating, researching and experimenting with new leading edge technology, exploring emerging digital solutions across - Data Analytics, Digital Engineering, Intelligent Mobility and Digital Asset Management. Our Digital Incubator also allows us to work with clients to establish, accelerate and validate market fit new business and product ideas, identifying new opportunities for our clients.
