The Infrastructure Engineering division is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for its National Capital Region office. We are looking for innovative, forward-thinking people who enjoy challenge and actively seek to develop and improve our processes.
- Process, control and administer documentation
- Ensure document quality control in accordance with company procedures
- Follow up and expedite priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultants
- Maintain up to date files, databases and filing system
- Manage and update data sheets, as required
- Prepare general correspondence (letters, memos, emails, meeting minutes) as required
- Other office responsibilities as assigned or required such as reception coverage
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative experience
- Experience with financial control and accounting system (e.g. Oracle) is an asset
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with MS Project is an asset
- Bilingual, English and French (oral and written) is an asset
- Punctual, reliable, detail oriented, task oriented, and organized
- Ability to multitask and to respond to various managers
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
