AFC Central Clearing House Manager

The central clearing house manager will have extensive management and technical experience in the operation of Automated Fare Collection (AFC), revenue, and central clearing house system. The candidate will be expected to oversee the facility and maintenance and back-ups procedures to ensure that contractors are implementing best practice in software management, and software security and storage of personal data. Additionally, the candidate will also be expected to support management in commercial contracts evaluation and negotiation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct an audit of revenue generated from various sources as described in the audit program

  • Prepares and communicate detailed daily revenue reports and final reports;

  • Serves as a team member when the use of additional collection personnel is needed; travels in the performance of duties.

  • Investigate any discrepancies and conduct a detailed reconciliation of discrepancies.

  • Possess the ability to communicate with different stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the checking and reviewing Contractors Revenue documentations as part of Compliance assurance.

  • Execute proper Assertions pattern to evaluate occurrence, completeness, accuracy, Cut-off, Existence, over O&M revenue management system

  • Monitor the Revenue recognition process taken place at stations

  • Check the internal controls are effective in station while handling revenue

Qualifications

  • Candidate preferred to be a Saudi National

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

  • Membership of Professional Accounting Bodies CIA/CMA/CPA

Knowledge & Experience

  • Performs examinations and inspections on revenue with various streams of revenues.

  • Candidate must have at least 10+ years of consecutive experience of supervising auditing of revenue.

  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Consultative and reporting experience.

  • Very good spoken English.
