Analyste, Transformation des Finances
À titre d'analyste, Transformation des Finances vous mettrez en œuvre des initiatives, projets, améliorations et réingénierie des processus visant à améliorer la stabilité, l'efficacité, la normalisation et le contrôle des processus.
Les responsabilités comprendront également l’optimisation et l’exploitation des systèmes et outils financiers en place, la révision et l’amélioration des processus financiers et de la gouvernance, la mise en œuvre et la gestion du cadre de contrôle des processus internes et la recherche des occasions de résoudre les problèmes liés aux processus financiers et de reporting.
L'analyste, Transformation des Finances aura pour rôle principal d'assurer la liaison entre le département de finance d'entreprise et les parties internes interdépendantes, veillant que les processus répondent à leurs besoins et à leurs exigences.
L'analyste, Transformation des Finances sera responsable d'assurer une formation adéquate sur les nouveaux processus et de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de gestion des connaissances, à la fois sur les processus et les systèmes, notamment en élaborant toute la documentation spécifique aux processus.
L’analyste, Transformation des Finances relèvera directement du gestionnaire, Transformation des Finances.
Tâches et responsabilités:
- Proposer et faciliter les initiatives d'amélioration des processus tout en rationalisant l'exécution;
- Identifier et gérer les opportunités d'amélioration continue et la standardisation des processus / systèmes;
- Être un partenaire d’affaires solide et collaborer avec les secteurs et les fonctions corporatives;
- Diriger les activités de mise en œuvre des solutions proposées et soutenir les parties prenantes;
- Veiller à ce que la documentation et les procédures opérationnelles associées soient créées en temps opportun;
- Assurer la gestion du changement pour tous les mises à jour apportés aux processus et aux systèmes;
- Planifier et exécuter des activités liées aux ateliers de formation, aux sessions de leçons apprises et aux programmes de mise à jour, selon les besoins;
- Participer à divers projets spéciaux et demandes ad hoc;
Capacités:
- Expertise et expérience en réingénierie et amélioration continue des processus;
- Solides compétences en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en facilitation au sein d'une diversité culturelle et dans des environnements à emplacements multiples;
- Une expertise et une connaissance démontrée des processus liés aux finances ainsi que les meilleures pratiques (un atout majeur);
- Capacité à mettre en œuvre des politiques, des procédures et des systèmes;
- Capacité à bien travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe, débrouillard et rigoureux;
- Solides compétences en communication et en collaboration avec divers partenaires commerciaux;
- Compétences en matière de présentation et de formation;
- Capacité à travailler avec des délais courts et bonne tolérance au changement;
- Une connaissance approfondie des outils d'analyse et de reporting est un atout;
Expérience et Atouts:
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en finance et / ou informatique
- Expérience avec Oracle ERP / Hyperion est un atout;
- Solide connaissance de MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) et de SharePoint;
- Bilingue anglais / français (parlé et écrit);
- CPA, CA ou CPA, CMA est un atout;
- Certification PMP, est un atout.

JOB POSTING
Analyst, Finance Transformation
As Analyst, Finance Transformation you will drive and implement practices, projects, improvements and process reengineering initiatives that aim to improve process stability, efficiency, standardization, and control.
The responsibilities will also include the optimization and the exploitation of the current financial systems and tools in place, review and improve financial processes and governance, implement and manage the Internal Process Controls framework, and to address opportunities to resolve issues in the financial and reporting processes.
The Analyst, Finance Transformation will also act as liaison agent between the Corporate Finance department and the inter-dependent internal parties, ensuring that processes meet their needs and requirements.
The Analyst, Finance Transformation will be responsible to ensure adequate training on new processes and promote knowledge management best practices, both on processes and systems, including developing all process specific documentation.
The Analyst, Finance Transformation will report to the Manager, Finance Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Propose and facilitate process improvement initiatives while streamlining execution;
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities and process/system standardization;
- Act as a strong business partner and collaborate with Sectors and Corporate Functions;
- Lead implementation activities of the proposed solutions and support stakeholders;
- Responsible that the related documentation/ operating procedures are created timely and accurately updated for all process and system changes;
- Plan & execute training activities workshops, lessons learned sessions, and refresher programs as required;
- Participate on various special projects and ad hoc requests;
Capabilities:
- Expertise and experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills within a culturally diverse multi-location work environment;
- Expertise and demonstrated knowledge of the finance related processes and best practices is a strong asset;
- Ability to implement policies, procedures, and systems;
- Ability to work well independently and within a team, resourceful and rigorous;
- Strong communication & collaboration skills with various business partners;
- Presentation and training delivery skills;
- Ability to work with short delay and good tolerance to change;
- Strong knowledge of analysis and reporting tools is an asset;
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and/or IT
- Experience with Oracle ERP / Hyperion is an asset;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and SharePoint;
- English/ French bilingual (spoken and written);
