Prerequisite:
- Relevant Engineering/Architecture.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understands building construction technology, professional report writing, Technically supervising CAD + Graduate Architects.
- Continues to receive on-the-job technical training but with limited supervision
- Develops increased technical competence, quality and design ability.
- Drafts technical reports of acceptable technical and presentational quality
- Able to check work of graduate engineers/architects, technicians / administrative staff
- Demonstrates adequate knowledge of work procedures
- An effective and reliable team member able to apply knowledge gained
- Able to make sound judgements
- Develops understanding of Business Unit technologies and markets
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Writing professional reports under supervision
- Identifies and communicates concerns to immediate Supervisor
- Discusses career goals and aspirations
- Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions.
- Issuing clear and precise instructions to less experienced team members

Developing technical competencies beyond those of a fresh graduate. Taking responsibilities for their own work and producing higher quality technical output. Role is still focused on the training.
The successful candidate will need to:

- Be able to work with limited supervision
- Be able to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers
- Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Have experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment
- Knowledge in French would be an advantage.
