This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated Project Support Officer / Bid Admin based in Bangalore or beyond to work remotely with our Global Win Work teams in the Atkins North America/Middle East/UK&E/Asia Pacific. You will be working with a talented team of Bid Specialist professionals, supporting the global win work team.
We are looking for someone who will help in putting up winning proposals with the highest attention to detail for a variety of engineering, infrastructure, architectural design & Project Management projects.
Your focus will be helping on producing winning responses to pre-tenders and tenders for project proposals. You will be a strong communicator and a team player, embracing the variety of work and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment. You will have a strong portfolio that showcases excellent attention to detail. You will be required to help create a Win Work library on sharepoint / teams.
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assist Proposal Production Assistant Manager and support tender document preparation.
- CVs reformatting as per project/ bid lead’s requirements.
- Prepare CVs for new staff in specific formats.
- Maintain completed project list and current project list up-to-date.
- Reformat and update project case studies from MS Word to InDesign.
- Organize and upload CVs / case studies / bid projects / marketing materials into WW SharePoint site
- Communicate and work collaboratively with Win Work teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, effectively and collaboratively with Win Work team under pressure of tight deadlines and different time zone.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
What will you contribute?
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Marketing/Sales/Commerce/Arts or equivalent / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Market Directors/Sales Directors and sales teams in the regions.
- Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect.
- Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.
