Digital Transformation Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation of design transformation agenda for the GDC focusing on the Global Design Framework, Design Accelerator, Design Reuse & Design Automation
• Lead the development of GDC Information Management capabilities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the global business in driving adoption of the GDF in region
• Develop an innovation culture to harness new ways of working through incubators and tech lab
• Support the workshare team with a robust digital proposition
• Lead the setup and implementation of digital engineering on projects by applying appropriate influence, input, resource, process and protocols at bid, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, handover, operation and maintenance
• Become the bridge between the GDC digital and project delivery teams.

Expertise requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or master’s in related field is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and management
• A significant passion and resilience for digital transformation
• Exceptional influencing, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and drive senior teams and establish collaborative working environments
• Ability to establish near-term and long-term roadmaps and navigate teams through the unknown
• Ability to drive change across large and complex organizations
• Proven project delivery and client relationship management capabilities
