Business Support Administrator

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Must have a completed Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role within construction / petrochemical industry
• Must have experience in preparing reports for cost and activity tracking
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems advantageous
• Must be computer literate with MS Excel

• Ability to operate at a high level of professionalism
• Be proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain an up-to-date database of company vehicles, plant and equipment
• Monitor GPS tracking / movements and prepare monthly reports on activity
• Capturing and monitoring of transfers of any vehicles / equipment between sites
• Maintain schedules for permits / licensing and renewals
• Handle Roadworthy bookings
• Ensuring that documents are recorded accordingly
• Maintain HSE standards and work in accordance with company quality and HSE requirements
