You will be working for our Lead Team to identify, verify and support delivery of our business, working in a wide range of operations.
Working within our Energy business for our Nuclear Fuel Cycle Business Unit based in Whitehaven and Warrington, you will be in a unique position to utilise a broad range of operational tools within a gender diverse lead team and support delivery of some fantastic, inspirational projects.
Within this role, you’ll be responsible for the day to day productivity of the business, communications across our Nuclear Fuel Cycle community and beyond. You will work closely with our other Nuclear and Power businesses to embed consistency in messaging and ensure project resourcing uses our wide networks to find the best employees for the job.
Building and developing relationships is a key part of this role. You will be focused on our employees and networks and have excellent communication, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:
- Management of vetting, training coordination and dosimetry .
- The production of business budgets and levers to deliver them.
- Motivating others to achieve the best.
- Day to day business delivery from invoice and timesheet management to liaising with our national HR team to deliver support to our employees.
- A responsible attitude to safety and security.
- A proactive approach to embedding Wellbeing and Inclusion.
