La division matériaux et géosciences est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) chargé(e) de projets d’expérience en géotechnique pour son bureau de Gatineau afin de soutenir la croissance du bureau et de l’équipe déjà en place.
Quelle sera votre contribution dans l’équipe ?
- La réalisation de projets de géotechnique d’envergures;
- La gestion administrative des projets;
- La préparation des offres de services professionnels;
- La rédaction des rapports;
- Des échanges en collaboration avec les autres départements notamment en environnement et contrôle des matériaux;
- Des échanges en collaboration avec les autres divisions de SNC-Lavalin;
- L’amélioration des procédures et processus en géotechnique;
- Maintenir la satisfaction de notre clientèle;
- Au maintien de nos réseaux d’affaires.
Que recherchons-nous ?
- BAC en génie civil, génie géologique ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Maîtrise en géotechnique un atout;
- Être membre de l’OIQ et du Professional Engineers Ontario ou en être éligible;
- Expérience en géotechnique conventionnelle (bâtiments, fondations, analyse de stabilité, routes, liquéfaction des sols,);
- Expérience dans le domaine des laboratoires privés en géotechnique serait un atout;
- Carte ASP Construction;
- Posséder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide;
- Aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite, tant en français qu’en anglais;
- Connaissance des appareils de mesures utilisés en chantier;
- Bon jugement et capacité d’analyse;
- Autonome et organisé;
- Intéressé par le travail d’équipe;
- Capable d’assurer du leadership;
- Débrouillardise, curiosité et vivacité d’esprit;
- Maitrise de la suite Office

The projects, of all sizes, are in the industrial, commercial, dam, road, municipal and building fields.
The Materials and Geosciences Division is currently looking for an experienced geotechnical project manager for its Gatineau office to support the growth of the office and the team already in place.
How will you contribute to the team?
- The realization of large-scale geotechnical projects;
- Administrative management of projects ;
- Preparation of professional service offers;
- Preparation of reports;
- Exchanges in collaboration with other departments, particularly in environment and material control;
- Collaborative exchanges with other SNC-Lavalin divisions;
- Improving geotechnical procedures and processes;
- Maintaining our clients' satisfaction;
- Maintaining our business networks.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering or any other relevant field
- Master's degree in geotechnical engineering an asset;
- Membership in the OIQ and Professional Engineers Ontario or eligible for membership;
- Experience in conventional geotechnical engineering (buildings, foundations, stability analysis, roads, soil liquefaction,);
- Experience in private geotechnical laboratories would be an asset;
- ASP Construction card;
- Possess a car and a valid driver's license;
- Verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
- Knowledge of measuring equipment used on site;
- Good judgment and analytical skills;
- Autonomous and organized;
- Interested in teamwork;
- Able to provide leadership;
- Resourcefulness, curiosity and alertness;
- Mastery of the Office suite
