We are looking for a Commercial Director in KSA.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Contract reviews for proposal team;
- Implement a change management process across all projects;
- Debt and provision management with all KSA clients;
- Develop Commercial skills of all KSA based staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Support the Operations Director in project reviews;
- Manage risk across KSA portfolio;
- Implement a change management process across all projects and ensure all project staff are trained in commercial management.
Commercial:
- Review and negotiate contracts with KSA clients across all EDPM disciplines;
- Roll-out consistent debt and provision management process with clear points of escalation for all projects and clients in the KSA.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree, preferably in engineering;
- Background and experience in commercial management and negotiations in the KSA / MEA region.
