Construction Management Representative

We are hiring! The Construction Management Representative is an integral part of our Construction Management. This position is based out of Denver, CO, with a focus on projects in the field in Southern Colorado.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Observes construction work and prepares change orders as needed.

• Researches and interprets contract requirements to determine whether construction work is performed in substantial compliance with plans, specifications and special provisions. Advises internal project manager and/or owner of any failures or delays.

• Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

• Makes substantial completion and final completion statements

• Reviews pay requests for ultimate payment by client.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.

• Two years of related experience with Bachelor’s

• Ten years of related experience with Associates

• Without a degree, twelve years of related experience.

• May be required to have certification in nuclear density, aggregated, concrete and asphalt testing.

Pay range $75K - $85K
