The opportunity presented, provides an opening for the successful candidate to contribute to the growing global demand for world class Cyber Security services, in particular: in the specialized field of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), with a specific focus on the Rail & Transit domain.
The position entails a variety of consultancy duties, to ensure growth of the work pipeline, expansion of the client base, establishment of new services and revenue streams. The candidate contributes to the development, execution, and client relationship management for specified ICS Cyber services, for example, the testing and vulnerability scanning services. Opportunity creation and capture, through leveraging industry contacts and relationships, coupled with ICS Cyber Security industry insights. This position will report to the National Lead for Industrial Cyber Security, North America.
Delivery of ICS Cyber Security Consultancy Services (Post-sales)
In the post-sales phase of vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, service delivery activities will include:
- Client environnement reconnaissance and scoping
- Cyber Test Plan Methodology Writing
- Cyber On-site Test Execution
- Cyber Test Report Creation
- Cyber Remedial actions and subsequent service needs identification and planning
- Identify value-add services, e.g. Threat Intelligence
Also, but not limited to:
- Further delivery and expansion of the ICS Cyber SoC department services, e.g. Threat Intelligence, Threat Monitoring, Forensics, etc.
- Monetization of the Cyber lab and cyber academy
Client Relations and Market Intelligence – Industrial Cyber Sectors
Bring, establish, and maintain business relationships with clients, partners, technology providers, and other outside firms as well as internal colleagues and clients with regular systematic interactions. Both in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity.
Leverage industry contacts base and experience of multiple Industrial Cyber Security sectors for the capture of new work and new clients.
Focused market outlook and market intelligence synthesis specific to ICS Cyber, across multiple sectors in North America and across the globe.
Keep abreast of the latest developments within the ICS cyber security domain to identify, review and analyze innovative technologies and solutions that add value and strength to our proposals.
Proposal Preparation (Pre-Sales)
Lead on allocated ICS Cyber Workstream proposals (Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing) and help development client proposals and presentations across the ICS portfolio in general.
Lead the establishment and be the custodian for a frame-worked Industrial Cyber Security proposal template suite to enhance efficiency, fluidity and quality of all future bids, to include the type of project, industry domain and staff capabilities matrix.
Support the Proposal Manager(s) in the various regions and departments with the development of proposals and ensure full integration of the win strategy.
The ideal candidate would have:
A university degree in engineering, computer sciences, or similar.
Proven knowledge of Cyber Security in the context of industrial domains.
Experience of capabilities, outputs and value added benefits of Industrial Security Cyber Test tools and technologies.
Proven track record in building strategic client relationships in targeted markets and achieving growth targets.
An understanding of the theory and practical applications of some or all of the following fields: Networking, Cyber Security, Security Tools and Technologies, Industrial environments and critical infrastructures (assets, technologies and processes)
Some knowledge of the design, construction, management and operations of the environments associated with the aforementioned fields.
A network of contacts in North America for the ICS Cyber Security domain and experience interacting with clients at all levels.
Ability to identify client opportunities that fit with our service offering and translate these client needs into compelling business proposals.
Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills including presentations to senior and executive level clients.
Ability to communicate in both English and French.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Ability to travel as required
