The contract administrator is responsible for the
administering all contract packages related to the project.
Prepare cost estimates as required
Support the cost controller with input on reports, valuations, letters, financial reports
Assist and support the tendering process as required
Assist with tenders analysis and reports.
Assist with the contract award
Assist procurement with SAP PR/PO requests
Check, verify and prepare progress valuations
Check and process invoice payments from Contractors and Suppliers
Check and verify any variations claims from Contractors.
Prepare cashflow forecast.
Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims
Prepare and agree final accounts
Other duties as may reasonably be required for a Contract administrator
Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in executing projects within Chemical / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical / Oil & Gas industries
