Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive Junior Account Manager based in Bangalore to work remotely with our Global Creative Design team. You will be working with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting across our national UK based business & other Global regions.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a client facing role and can manage creative requests from other employees within SNC-L, mostly marketing and communications representatives. You will support with the resourcing process and have a high level of attention to detail especially around quality of output and copy checks against the brief.

With strong organisational and language skills you will have a history of working with clients to understand their brief requirements and manage the request through to completion. You will be confident in handling varied marketing collateral requests and have a high level of copywriting skill to assist with marketing material and case study copy for the Creative Design practise. You will also be able to provide admin support, run financial reports and track job number costs and budgets as a weekly task.

Your focus will be predominantly on the client requests coming through globally as well as copywriting across marketing collateral for Creative Design. Working well and cohesively with the rest of the Creative Design members is key, you will be a strong communicator and a team player, embracing the variety of work and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment.

You will be supported by the senior account management team, and relevant training will be provided where needed.


Communication & Verbal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to negotiate and deal with Designers and predominately Marcomms employees across global regions daily.
  • Able to deal and motivate staff and earn loyalty and respect.
  • Able to define and articulate briefs with clarity.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
 

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the wider account management team and Creative Design in achieving the quality assurance clients require.
  • Monitoring and handling multiple requests through the project management system, supporting resource of materials and quality delivery
  • Monitoring budgets
  • Being a point of contact for clients regarding project briefs and delivery communications
  • Quality checking outputs around copy
  • Copywriting for the Creative Design marketing strategy including case studies, online content, bid and marketing material etc
  • Challenging the project brief – does this reach the clients expectation, is it the right solution?
  • Identify risks on projects and managing appropriately
  • Managing client expectations around timescales and delivery
  • Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in remote locations
  • Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects
  • Supporting account management team with administrative tasks e.g running reports from JDE and tracking budgets, quoting and tracking projects through regions/departments of interest
  • Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new skills/improve processes, Gain an understanding of the client’s requests and requirements for marketing collateral 
  • Complete timesheets accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Working week pattern will be 9-hour days, Monday to Friday
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English 
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the highest attention to detail
  • Confident communication with clients and colleagues
  • Work proactively with own initiative and as part of the wider account management community

Collaborative:

Experience of working in a multinational consultancy
 

Financial:
Working to set budgets and timescales. Run reports in JDE, know how our reporting spreadsheets work. Quoting for jobs using internal tools. Able to assess results and draw conclusions/make recommendations. Gain knowledge of department management
 

Physical:
Responsible for care of all equipment, hardware and upkeep of tools
 

Commercial:
Assist in overall business development, including copy writing for marketing material and collateral to promote Creative Designs work and to input in bid submissions. Internal reporting of budgets and region spend. Conversant with commercial aspects of project/program management
 

Management:

Display strong team management skills

Good client management skills

Responsible for management of the workflow from client to creative and back. Assessing resource and workload.

Managing client expectations and team delivery. 

Proactive in managing time when not on projects.
