This role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and as such acts as an integral part of SNC-Lavalin’s Global Security group whose mandate is to protect people, assets and reputation of SNC-Lavalin in the digital and physical world.  

We are looking for someone to act as the Cyber Security point of contact in our nuclear business unit. The person will also be responsible for leading the Industrial Control System (ICS) working group, which aim at providing a uniform way to the different business unit in offering ICS and Operational Technology (OT) to our clients. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write, maintain and communicate the Cyber Security governance documents dedicated to the Nuclear business unit.
  • Participate in the various meetings with the business to promote cyber security.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with our policies.
  • Propose security requirements to be enforced within the Nuclear business unit.
  • Follow-up with the appropriate group to ensure these security requirements are being managed properly.
  • Lead the Industrial Control System (ICS) working group.
  • Write, maintain and communicate the ICS governance documents that will server as a baseline by all business unit within SNC-Lavalin.
  • Participate in the solution development when it comes to bridging the internal network and ICS/OT platforms


  • Bachelor's Degree (equivalent or higher degree) in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security or any other equivalent degree 
  • Experienced in writing governance documents
  • Experience with the governance around Industrial Control System / Operational Technology
  • Experienced in the use of risk management frameworks and threat modelling techniques
  • Experience with dealing with governmental classifications and documentation is an asset
  • Experience with NERC is an asset
  • Experience of accreditation frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST is a plus
  • Good presentation, oral and written communications
  • Good capacity to influence and collaboration skills
  • Team leadership experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Capacity to communicate in French is an asset

Gestionnaire cybersécurité – Nucléaire et système de contrôle industriel

Ce rôle relève du chef de la sécurité de l’information et, à ce titre, fait partie intégrante du groupe Sûreté mondiale de SNC-Lavalin dont le mandat est de protéger les personnes, les actifs et la réputation de SNC-Lavalin dans le monde numérique et physique.

Nous recherchons une personne pour agir en tant que point de contact cybersécurité dans notre secteur nucléaire. La personne sera également responsable de la direction du groupe de travail sur le système de contrôle industriel (SCI), qui vise à fournir un moyen uniforme aux différentes unités d'exploitations en offrant SCI et la technologie opérationnelle (TO) à nos clients.


  • Rédiger, maintenir et communiquer les documents de gouvernance de Cyber ​​Sécurité dédiés au secteur nucléaire.
  • Participer aux différentes rencontres avec l'entreprise pour promouvoir la cybersécurité.
  • S'assurer que les solutions proposées sont conformes à nos politiques.
  • Proposer des exigences de sécurité à appliquer au sein du secteur nucléaire.
  • Faire un suivi avec le groupe approprié pour vous assurer que ces exigences de sécurité sont correctement gérées.
  • Diriger le groupe de travail sur le système de contrôle industriel (SCI).
  • Rédiger, tenir à jour et communiquer les documents de gouvernance du SCI qui serviront de base à toutes les unités d’exploitations de SNC-Lavalin.
  • Participer au développement de la solution lorsqu'il s'agit de relier le réseau interne et les plateformes ICS / OT

Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat (équivalent ou diplôme supérieur) en informatique, génie informatique, génie logiciel, sécurité de l'information ou tout autre diplôme équivalent
  • Expérience de la rédaction de documents de gouvernance
  • Expérience de la gouvernance autour du système de contrôle industriel / technologie opérationnelle
  • Expérience de l’utilisation des cadres de gestion des risques et des techniques de modélisation des menaces
  • Une expérience de la gestion des classifications et de la documentation gouvernementales est un atout
  • Une expérience avec le NERC est un atout
  • Une expérience des cadres d'accréditation tels que ISO 27001 et NIST est un atout
  • Bonne présentation, communications orales et écrites
  • Bonnes compétences d'influence et de collaboration
  • Expérience à diriger une équipe
  • Parle couramment l'anglais
  • La capacité de communiquer en français est un atout
