SNC Lavalin is currently seeking to recruit a Document Management Specialist to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Maintain files in hard copy and by way of an Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for all formal documents associated with the Contracts.
Organize all files using a standardized file index system in accordance with Consultant’s document management procedure.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable education institution.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent and creative problem-solving skills.
