SNC-Lavalin has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our General Manager (GM). This role is for a proactive, face paced and highly organised EA with strong administration and stakeholder engagement skills and understands the importance of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
This role is suited to an Executive Assistant who is hands on, professional, commercially savvy and can think one step ahead of the GM.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for the GM
- Effective diary and email and call management
- Co-ordination of travel, meeting agendas and events
- Preparation of papers, reports, presentations and documentation
- Reconciliation and processing of expenses
- High level stakeholder engagement
- Involvement with special projects as required
Experience Required
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role having supporting an Executive previously for a minimum of 7 years.
The candidate must demonstrate strong experience with presentation, report and documentation preparation, show a high degree of organisational skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, advanced computer skills on MS Office, excellent written communication skills and superior attention to detail with a resilient and determined work ethic.
