Facility Maintenance Lead

We are hiring! The Facility Maintenance Lead is an integral part of our team who will be responsible for performing decontamination services. This position is based out of our office in California.

How will you contribute to the team?
- The qualified Facility Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing decontamination services on buildings, structures and equipment, and post emergency response clean-up activities in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements.
- Disinfects and sanitizes areas where there is a high traffic of employees utilizing hand spray bottles and towels to dispense disinfectant
- Participate in planning for, and provide guidance on, project scope and selected project documents from assigned discipline perspective so that safety goals are attained or exceeded
- Comply with corporate safety policies and procedures
- Comply with all applicable permits, regulations, standards, and safety codes, including authorization basis documents
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, sit, walk (extensive walking), climb stairs, talk, see and hear; use hands to finger, handle and feel; reach with hands and arms, grip and squeeze hands (extensive use of hand spray bottles)
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction, or related field. May substitute years of experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledgeable of environmental cleanup activities
- Shall have two (2) years' experience in the decontamination/clean-up of the following contaminants
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER experience preferred
- DOE/DoD project experience is proffered
- Government clearance preferred
