Female Maintenance Technician

Key responsibilities:
1- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
2- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
3- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
4- Perform general maintenance tasks for the Electrical or mechanical systems.
5- Handle assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings…)
6- Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks
7- Deal with incoming work requests
8- Communicate existing and potential issues with her supervisor
9- Be able to use CAFM or paper records to log performed maintenance work
10- Clean and maintain the tools she works with
11- Abide by different safety measures and policies
12- Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing or electrical or HVAC systems in the building

Skill & Requirements:
• 1- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2- Certificate in Electrical or HVAC, or building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
• 3- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• 4- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• 5- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• 6- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• 7- Effective problem-solving abilities.
