We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Coordinator to work as a part of the Trillium Project Systems team. Reporting to the Systems Superintendent, the incumbent will plan, direct and coordinate on-site electrical activities to comply with specifications, requirements and codes
How will you contribute to the team?
- Work with the designers and contractors to resolve RFIs and VDRs.
- Arrange and manage technical meetings as required to clear up issues holding schedule.
- Coordinate with the Contractors, Designers and Quality team to meet the work schedule.
- Review and validate the schedule delay analysis presented by the Contractor.
- Ensure inspections being carried out as per ITP
- Review inspection records, test reports, and ensure proper disposition and corrective actions to NCRs.
- Communicate and collaborate with other Field Coordinators.
- Advise on constructability issues
- Assist in the testing and commissioning.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Minimum 5 of experience directly related major construction activities
- Exposure to working on construction sites.
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizing abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a positive, team-oriented attitude
