As HR Operational Excellence Analyst in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Centre, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. You will be part of HR Operational Excellence team that is responsible for Ops Excellent deliveries and automations to improve business processes by designing, developing, implementing new processes, and ensuring that changes are well managed as well as well communicated. The team ensure to create a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and strive to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Your purpose
- Operational reporting from Workday, Service Now, Oracle, Integration reports etc
- System related cases/ admin cases, Workday scheduled report, ServiceNow report/dashboards
- Creating Calculated fields
- Creating and maintaining reports /dashboards in Service now
- Data Integrity
- Data integration
- Automation tasks & identifying Automation opportunities
- Global Reports creation & streamlining the reporting for all regions
- Creating SOPs on maintenance task
- Workday Dashboards
- SLA reporting
- Creating Governance and Monthly reports
What you can bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline (preferred)
- Considerable experience working with ServiceNow Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Automation expert and passionate about Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge of automation platforms like VBA, Python, Power Automate, PowerApps, RPA tech like Automation Anywhere etc.
- Experience in HR ERP and CRM applications like Workday, SuccessFactors EC, PeopleSoft/Oracle, ServiceNow, Remedy Force etc.
- Experienced in working with an advanced analytical team to design, build, validate and refresh data models using agile/incremental approach
- 3-5 years of work experience in Operational Excellence teams
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
