Due to continued success in securing major projects throughout the Welsh region and beyond, we’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our highly successful infrastructure team in Swansea. Our projects range in value up to £20m+ and are with a variety of high profile clients giving our Project Managers a diverse and exciting workload. We are ideally looking for someone who has Project Management experience mainly within the Infrastructure sector. We are looking for a collaborative and sharp minded project manager to:
- Lead and provide effective delivery of Project Management services across the infrastructure, highways and civil engineering sector.
- Support Senior Project Managers on complex multi-faceted projects
- Provide support to PM Team Leader as required
To join us you’ll need:
- A relevant construction qualification or Prince2 and/or working towards professional membership of recognised institutions ie. CIOB, APM or RICS
- Experience of both pre-and post-contract project management responsibilities, and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients
- Experience of both public and private sector clients
- Experience in working on projects within the infrastructure, highways and civil engineering sector
- The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle
- A good working knowledge of current construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or NEC4. NEC Project Manager Accreditation would be preferred.
- An understanding of current construction tools and initiatives
- Strong IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and Outlook
- The ability to effectively chair and minute meetings.
- A clean driving licence.

- Should have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on their own initiative
- An individual who is keen to develop their professional network to support our Swansea office and their own career
