Quelle sera votre contribution dans l’équipe ?
- Gérer, maintenir et participer au développement et à l'évolution des outils utilisés par notre groupe (internes, commerciaux)
- Développer, maintenir et organiser le pipeline d'ingestion des données de sécurité et le magasin de données
- Gérer l'infrastructure utilisée par le groupe de la sécurité globale
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le groupe informatique pour identifier, extraire, normaliser et importer de nouvelles informations pertinentes pour la mission de sécurité globale
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour
- Organiser et normaliser l'information
- Adapter et améliorer les outils à leurs besoins
- Fournir une assistance technique
Que recherchons-nous ?
Licence (diplôme équivalent ou supérieur) en sciences informatiques, génie informatique, génie logiciel, sécurité de l'information
Expérience
- 5 ans d'expérience, au minimum dans les Technologies de l'information
- l'administration du système (Linux)
- les technologies des conteneurs et les orchestrateurs
- la construction et l'exploitation d'une infrastructure renforcée, un atout
- l'administration des bases de données, un atout
- la normalisation de l'information semi-structurée, un atout
- l'exploitation de produits tels qu'Antivirus, EDR, SIEM , un atout
- De solides compétences techniques pratiques et une certaine souplesse dans l'administration du système
- Agilité technique et d'apprentissage active, capable de s'adapter de manière autonome à des technologies en constante évolution
- Expérience en matière de développement de logiciels, capacité à développer ou à adapter des outils, à automatiser des tâches répétitives
- Organisé et efficace, capable de gérer sa propre charge de travail avec peu de supervision
- La connaissance de l'écosystème des outils de sécurité, un atout
- La maîtrise de la science des données est un atout
- La connaissance de la pile ELK, un atout
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit, oral)

Reporting to the Cyber Security Manager, the Security Engineer will act as an integral representative of SNC-Lavalin’s Global Security group whose mandate is to protect people, assets and reputation of SNC-Lavalin in the digital and physical world.
This position supports the security group with monitoring the infrastructure for cyber threats and responding to cyber security incidents.
We are looking for a person with enthusiasm towards developing, building and maintaining security tools and infrastructure, and talent with organizing important volume of information
How will you contribute to the team?
- Manage, maintain and participate with the development and evolution of tools used by our group (in-house, commercial)
- Develop, maintain and organize the security data ingestion pipeline and datastore
- Manage the infrastructure used by the Global Security group
- Work closely with the IT group to identify, extract, normalize and import new information relevant to Global Security mission
- Collaborate with other members of the team to
- Organize and normalize information
- Adapt and improve tools to their needs
- Provide technical assistance.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor's Degree (equivalent or higher degree) in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security
- Experience
- 5 years of IT experience, at least
- system administration (Linux)
- container technologies and orchestrators
- building and operating a hardened infrastructure, an asset
- database administration, an asset
- normalization of semi-structured information, an asset
- operation of products such as Antivirus, EDR, SIEM , an asset
- Strong hands-on technical skills and agility in system administration
