How will you contribute to the team?

The work of the HR Shared Service team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees in all things of HR. This team provide the HR face to the business and need to ensure HR services are delivered with passion and commitment, providing a consistently great customer experience and ensuring  all policy and compliance requirements are met. Additionally this team focusses on continuous process improvements; efficiency & data integrity. 

The HR Data Analytics Specialist will work closely with the regional HR Shared Services Team & HR Systems & Innovation Team on data analysis & analytics needs; using and specifying requirements for driving efficient and effective service delivery, supporting and advising on the best tools, techniques and approaches and responding to ad hoc analytics requirements.

The HR Data Analytics Specialist will also work closely with the Operational Excellence Manager in managing Service Performance Measures; Volume Variance reporting; arriving at utilization trends and performance measures of the HR Shared Services COE teams; transition of work from multiple region into HR Centre. The role also encompasses providing Project Management and Business Review Data to Senior Leadership team globally.

• Advanced Excel Knowledge with ability to write Macros

• Analytical Skills with an ability to interpret excel; access data to a meaningful PPT or PowerBI data

• Strong understanding of market relevant HR Reports; Service Performance Measures

• HR Shared Service Experience (Specifically in MI or Operations Mgmt Team) would be an advantage

• HRIS & HRMS Experience (Preferably Workday and Oracle)

• Broad Knowledge of HR Concepts & Terminology

• Transition & Service Management

• Project; Resource & Programme management

Qualifications

• Whilst a recognised HR qualification would be preferred, we would consider applications where equivalent knowledge and expertise has been obtained via experience

• Hands on experience in handling MIS team; Reporting & Data Analytics
