Department: RCoE – Finance Shared Services

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Producing various reports using productivity data for multiple levels of business hierarchy – from Segment, Strategic business unit, Division, Operation & Region.
• Liaise with various project support teams, collate multiple data inputs and produce monthly & quarterly “Win-work” dashboard.
• Producing the Control self-assessment/Compliance dashboard (monthly and quarterly).
• Work closely with the digital solutions team to explore possibilities of automating the reports and dashboards.
• Pilot the Bangalore based Business Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCoE).
• Accurate and timely development and provision of business performance reporting as needed across the EDPM (Engineering Design & Project Management) sector.
• Collaborate with the business to drive RCoE adoption and usage and to mitigate reporting proliferation across regions.
• Evolve the reporting capabilities in the longer term in collaboration with IT services and Digital team by proactive use of technology to drive data insights and provide enhanced value to the users of the reports.

Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reporting of:

• Budget, Forecast and Actual productivity shown as a percentage figures and in trend graph form.
• Cost split of productive and non-productive work, gross and forecast.
• Missing and late time in hours and the value of the missing time.
• Overtime booked by Individual showing rate, job number and cost.

What will you contribute?

• Qualification - Bcom, MBA (Finance).
• Certifications in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI / Python.
• 6+ years extensive data, analytics, and reporting experience in multinational organisations.
• Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of business productivity and other metrics.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management across all functional areas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skill set; experience in manipulating data sets using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or other programming/scripting language preferred.
• Well-versed with advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to digital and automation solutions i.e. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Macros etc.
• Working hours: 10am – 7.30pm (India Standard Time).
• Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore.
• Candidate must have required infrastructure to enable remote working.
