How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Perform planned maintenance and testing on a broad range of patient care and selected support equipment in compliance with established procedures.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
Complete all necessary administrative activities required to properly initiate, monitor, track, and close assigned work.
Make recommendations to the Department Manager regarding service strategies on equipment; keep Manager informed of activities, needs and problems.
Maintain an orderly and functional work environment.
Manage all assigned equipment and scheduled service.
Ensure test equipment is working properly and calibrated within established intervals.
Interface with Warehousing, Logistics and Commissioning teams.
What will you contribute?
Biomedical Technologist or Electrical / Mechanical / Biomed Engineering Degree or Nurse Practitioner.
3 years experience with 1-2 years experience with Medical Devices Preferred.
Manual Dexterity to work with small tools.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, manage equipment transfers.
Ability to read, follow written and verbal instructions.
Proficient in software programs - MS Word, MS Excel.
Experience working with a CMMS a plus.
Ability to work alone and on a team.
