Application Process

By applying for this position, you will be considered for an opportunity in the Graduate Development Program. Please note that this is a multi-week recruitment process. Each application is carefully analyzed by a recruiter. Phone interviews will then be carried out with the candidates selected for the group, video interviews with a smaller number of candidates will follow. We will be able to confirm hires as soon as we obtain the confirmation of the number of positions available per group. Finally, new graduates will have the chance to integrate into their team before the start of the scheduled program in November of each year.

We work on end-to-end projects for various industries: Pharmaceutical; Biotech; Food and beverage; district cooling; Water; Energy; Manufacturing; Chemicals. Enjoy exposure to the most exciting projects in an area where no project is too niche, complex or large for our teams. You will be working on full EPCM, validation, commissioning and training services across our clients’ entire operation.

How you will contribute?

As a graduate (either an E.I.T. or a Technician) within the industrial group, you will join infrastructures services teams. Among other things, you could be involved in clients’ needs development, producing estimates and schedules, design, preparing technical specifications, supervision of work on site, commissioning and maintenance.

Requirements 

  • Have completed a university or a technical diploma in industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering from a Canadian school within the last 12 months;
