We are looking for early to mid-grade structural engineers who have an understanding and experience of structural design and analysis relevant to offshore structures; both fixed platforms and floating designs.

As a member of the team you will have a key role in the technical delivery of work packages under supervision from senior staff.

You will deliver high quality technical work, ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards as well as internal best practice procedures and contribute to continual development of the design approach and methodology.

Do you have an interest in offshore structural engineering and design? Are you looking for your next career opportunity in either Oil & Gas or Renewables? This could be the role for you!

The Team

Atkins offshore structural engineering capability dates back to the 1970’s and we have been at the forefront of the discipline ever since. Much of our capability originated in the oil and gas sector, and we are still heavily involved in this area. However, we have successfully transferred many of our skills onto a growing number of fixed and floating offshore renewables projects.

Our offices in Epsom, situated in Surrey, are ideally located within close reach of both central London and the Surrey countryside, and are home to around 70 of our offshore renewable and oil & gas professionals. You will become part of a growing team in the Engineering and Consultancy business with opportunities to work across the whole market from Renewables to Oil & Gas.
