We are looking for one Park Maintenance Student or Recent Graduate responsible for the operation and maintenance of Sherbourne Commons from August-October 2020.

How will you contribute to the team?

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a variety of park maintenance equipment
  • General park maintenance such as litter pick up, cleaning, painting, and other related maintenance
  • Operate pressure washing machine
  • Answer general questions from the public
  • Other duties as assigned

What will you contribute?

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate from an engineering or skilled trades post-secondary program – college or university
  • Experience with park maintenance would be an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends as required
  • Some mechanical aptitude is required to operate park machinery
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
