Rise to the challenge. Join us as a Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Office (PMO) consultant to provide leadership in our PMOs to help our clients re-imagine their PMO business model, process and culture to support better decision making and insight.

You'll be providing expert advice on complex business problems at senior levels. Working hands-on, you'll ensure the teams conceive and deliver effective solutions. We'll also rely on your commercial acumen to help expand the business to meet strong demand. You'll feel a great sense of pride supporting organisations across government, defence, national security and critical national infrastructure to realise tangible benefits from transformational change programmes.

Your purpose:

We are looking for experienced PMO leaders who are passionate about the provision and continual improvement of PMO services in complex environments.

You will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of PMOs with our clients to help drive their delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate across our business to drive the evolution of our service offerings.
  • Rapidly build credibility and influence in unfamiliar sectors.
  • Drive growth in new and existing clients.

What you can bring?

You will have successfully designed and led PMOs across multiple sectors including the development of PMO service offerings and people capabilities.

You will bring:

  • Project management and Project Controls experience within projects and major programmes.
  • Broad portfolio of clients.
  • Bespoke, value adding solutions in project controls.
  • Deep understanding of processes and controls needed to ensure projects are a success.
  • Excellent leadership skills:
