Rise to the challenge. Join us as a Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Office (PMO) Managing Consultant and help clients adapt to the fast-rising tide of digital disruption.
You'll be providing expert advice on complex business problems at senior levels. Working hands-on, you'll ensure the teams conceive and deliver effective solutions. We'll also rely on your commercial acumen to help expand the business to meet strong demand. You'll feel a great sense of pride supporting organizations across government, defence, national security and critical national infrastructure to realise tangible benefits from transformational change programmes.
Your purpose
We are looking for an energetic strategic thinker and leader who is passionate about innovation and the continual improvement of organisational agility and delivery in complex environments.
You will:
Lead the design, transformation and implementation of enterprise PMOs with our clients to help drive their delivery excellence.
Collaborate across our business to drive the digital transformation of our service offerings, balancing hands-on action with long-term strategic thinking.
Rapidly build credibility and influence in unfamiliar sectors.
Drive growth in new and existing clients.
What you can bring
You will have successfully supported customers across multiple sectors to lead the development of PMO service offerings and people capabilities to justify, plan, implement and realise benefits from complex transformation, technology or capital investment programmes.
You will be:
An experienced Management Consultant with a specialism in PMO.
Skilled in creating a common sense of purpose, providing clarity of vision and empowering teams to deliver.
Experienced in developing and promoting digital PMO innovation to support organisations to re-imagine their PMO business model, ways of working and use of technology and data
Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships up to C-suite level
