At Atkins we help our clients achieve genuine benefits from their business change programmes.  We advise at senior levels on complex problems and take a hands-on role to ensure that solutions are delivered to realise the expected benefits of investments. The role will be based in ANY of our Atkins UK Offices.

We’re not like other management consultancies. We have real-world expertise in developing and delivering projects across public and private sectors. Our clients trust us with their biggest challenges, and it’s this demand from our clients that led to the creation of our new Policy@Atkins team – a specialist advisory group working primarily with public sector clients to help develop viable solutions to knotty problems.

Our Policy@Atkins team is focussed on providing the best advice to our clients as they respond to challenges. We provide candid, pragmatic advice and work hand in hand with the client to develop viable policy propositions backed up by rigorous analysis, a deep understanding of the technical detail and high-quality user research.

We are a diverse team where everyone has an equal voice, and our diversity of ideas and approaches mean that we deliver novel and exciting solutions to our clients and their stakeholders. . We don’t mind if you haven’t been a consultant before, and we are far more interested in how you think than what you have done previously – so, if you would like to be a part of what we do, and how we help our clients solve some of the most challenging issues of the day, get in touch!
