Construction Cost Manager

We Chandler team is growing! The Construction Cost Manager is an integral part of our Cost Management Team. Primary responsibilities include supporting Project Managers in change management tracking and validation of cost and budget, managing trade timecard tracking and analyzing cost impacts (including collection of data using established procedures and performance of routine calculations). This position is responsible for measuring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting project cost, including monitoring and recording changes of project-specific strategies for cost control.

This role is based at our premier client’s semi-conductor project site in Chandler, AZ and reports to the Operations Director.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Provide oversight of contractor cost activities for the client.
- Prepare and review construction manpower forecasting.
- Responsible for administration of the construction contract.
- Complete work consistent with required policies and procedures.
- Must have proficient office software and computer skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on City, County, State or Federal highway construction is required.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, supply chain, finance, or related field.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience in cost control and/or finance.
- Understanding of PMP principles.
