Recruitment Associate/Analyst

• Degree qualified, experienced recruiters (either agency or in-house), with a minimum of 5-10 years relevant recruitment experience
• The capability to advise on and deliver best practice candidate attraction methodologies
• Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search (data mining), database searching and the use of Web 2.0 methodology (Google adwords/Social Media etc.) in addition to utilising relevant recruitment providers
• Experience of bulk recruitment and large scale project mobilisations would be a distinct advantage
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheet, database and word processing packages – Word and Excel, and working knowledge recruitment databases (such as Taleo)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across geographically dispersed locations
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Confident, diplomatic and tactful – demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
