Safety and Risk Analyst – Epsom

If you are an Engineer, a Scientist, or an Analyst with experience in Safety or Risk Assessment, we are waiting for you to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do next and likes nothing better than solving challenging goals and puzzles. Known for your high energy, you are a natural motivator with a demonstrable aptitude for safety and innovative thinking. You thrive on being busy and feeling a sense of achievement at the end of each day.  You find assessing risk intriguing and you are always the first liaising with clients due to your exceptional communication skills. With a nurturing yet commercial approach to ideas generation, proposition development and delivery, you clearly want to deliver - for yourself, for your organisation and for your client.
You enjoy approaching things in different ways to find the best possible fit – you love making improvements and consider different approaches, trying to find the best approach to fit whatever is the current context.  As soon as you’re presented with a problem, you are focused on how to resolve it, whatever it might be. You are a person who strives to play an effective role in the design of complex new schemes

However, you don't just tackle these things alone. You like to engage with others and are stimulated by encouraging others to develop and grow. You relish in explaining complex ideas, helping people to 'get it', and then watch them go on and achieve more.

Building and developing relationships is a key part of this role. Overall, you get satisfaction from building relationships, with clients and with colleagues, valuing emotional capital.
