Senior Manager Finance and Administration

The position of Finance and Administration Senior Manager is part of a PMO mandate to manage several major services (FM and O&M) contracts on behalf of the Client. He will be part of the senior leadership team assigned on major projects within KSA, to lead a finance & admin team to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, supervise and manage his team member’s activities related to finance, revenue compliance and administration.

  • Incentivize, motivate and evaluate performance of the employees and the department.
  • Design and implement the finance audit procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate with third parties the terms of payments, develop the invoicing evaluation systems in line with the Contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Develop and set up the KPIs for the department and implement continuous improvement process.
  • Develop a detailed activity plan to track progress
  • Report and escalate roadblocks to management as needed
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and costs
  • Quantify and assess the contractual variations and the changes. Secure agreement with the stakeholders.  
  • Prepare the decennial budget forecast and develop the progress dashboards.
  • Develop and manage revenue collection process.
  • Perform third party and stakeholders management as well as liaise with Client representatives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of mandates


  • Bachelor degree in relevant field from a reputable university with at least 12 years of progressive experience in finance/ audit or accounting. MBA would be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Preferably a post graduate qualification in a related field.
  • Solid experience and qualifications in finance and auditing/revenue compliance.
  • Preferably possesses a membership of a professional body such as CPA/CMA/ACCA.

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 12 years management experience in finance and administration.
  • Technical knowledge in finance and auditing/revenue compliance.
  • Preferably has Consultative experience.
  • Experience in large FM and O&M projects

  • Command of Arabic would be an advantage
