Senior Stakeholder Manager

We are looking for Senior Stakeholder Manager in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the client’s objectives, a Program Management Office is to set up the required delivery tools, systems, processes, and procedures.  The PMO will plan, coordinate and guide the townships, while continuously improving organizational performance across the program.

• The overall responsibilities and duties under this role are to manage and support the planning, and management of stakeholders, agencies, firms, interfaces/dependencies and coordination with third parties involved, potentially across multiple projects, PMC, Government entities, Utility providers, Engineering/design offices, Construction contractors, Service provider and Management Consultants for achieving long-term relations, trust, and program approval(s).

• This role will have full responsibility of the performance of regional teams, and delivery of agreed governance framework/processes. Moreover, client support is expected for development and monitoring of various memorandum of understanding (MOU)/agreements.

• Delivery and Assurance of the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of the relevant Approach, Strategies, Plans and Performance until satisfactory Programme close-out(s).

• Ownership and maintenance of the project at PMO level Stakeholders & Interfaces processes, procedures and performance.

• Proper utilizations of PMIS / SharePoint / BI solutions including stakeholders’ inventory, registers, maps, reports, dashboards, etc

• Maintain and update the stakeholders’ mapping/registers/plans as stakeholder’s roles change throughout the programme duration.

• Identify key stakeholders and support development of engagement strategies/plans considering needs of the PMO/individual projects.

• Leading role in maintaining & controlling relationships with stakeholders in accordance with specific engagement/permits Plans.

• Supporting the Project Teams in understanding/mapping the Statutory Approvals process relative to the project and those approvals required to progress up to close-out of the project and bring the asset into operation.

• Interrogate and understand the Statutory Approvals Register at various Programme level(s) to feed into the plans and monthly report.

• Assist the technical teams in reviewing the various development proposals across the programme and ensuring that the land-ownership-rights has been fully identified / documented.

• Prepare/Lead regular internal & external approvals/permits related communications, presentations and summaries (Arabic especially and English).

• Review various stakeholders related reports in a timely manner.

• Media/Event Management firms

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 years relevant experience

• Similar scale initiatives/programs stakeholders/interfaces related background. 

• Technical knowledge of: government entities requirements for approvals/ permits and design/construction of facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and/or real-estate developments; along with related projects/deliverables.

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science/Economics preferred from an accredited local or internal University; provision of registration with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Certified Project professional [i.e. PMP, PRINCE2]

• Owner/PMO experience preferred, PMP/PRINCE2 credentials preferred

• Productive supervision of subordinates including adequate planning, monitoring and control

• Ability to manage a small team on PMO/projects.

• Effective team control and building of team spirit/culture

• Excellent communications skills; including report writing/presentation skills
