We are hiring! The Senior Resident Engineer is an integral part of our Construction Management Team. This position is in support of projects on United States Federal Lands and could be anywhere in the United States. Travel and per diem are provided, projects are often in the range of 6 months to 12 months duration, and this is a great opportunity to see the United States!

How will you contribute to the team?
- Responsible for direct communication with the owner and the contractor
- Provide oversight and management of team overseeing contractor activities.
- Responsible for the preparation and review of reports on construction progress.
- Responsible for administration of the construction contract.
- Completes work consistent with required policies and procedures.
- Must have strong computer skills and be able to utilize standard office software.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on City, County, State or Federal highway construction in similar position is required.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Fifteen years of experience with Bachelor’s degree combining engineering design and construction observation administration, and including management and supervision of field and office personnel.
- P.E is required.
- Field leadership experience on roadway and/or bridge projects required
- Certifications in roadway and bridge related construction preferred
- Current NICET Level III (Construction) certification preferred
