Technical Officer / Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the engineering team in the preparation and submission of statutory documents;  
  • Coordination, consolidation and accuracy checking of the submission documents;
  • Managing and updating of the document/submission registers;
  • Other administrative tasks including letter drafting, photocopying, scanning, submission logistic arrangement; and
  • Other tasks assigned by the Engineer in relation to statutory documents submission.

Requirements  

  • Diploma holder or above in Engineering / Construction / Building related disciplines is preferred;
  • Working experience in construction/engineering field would be an advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Self-motivated with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
