Summary of the Role
SNCL Atkins has the role of the Treasury Assistant which will be to support the UK Treasury team with banking activities.
to assist with internet banking admin to assist with Group bank accounts
The following will make up the main responsibilities of this role but there may be other items that are required from time to time.
- Create new users on the Group’s various internet banking platforms
- Amend user access when required
- Delete users
- Regular audit of users
- Monitor supply of tokens
- Assist with user queries
- Open bank accounts
- Amend bank mandates when required
- Close bank accounts
- Be a point of contact for business queries
- Ensure Oracle is kept up to date with account information and signatory list
- Ensure TRE requests are regularly updated
- Assist with Group audit confirmations at half year and year end
- Providing assistance to the UK Treasury team as and when required
- Management of Group mailbox ensuring emails are allocated appropriately
Full time role. 37.5 hours per week.
Reporting line and Direct Reports
This role will report to the Treasury Analyst and will have no direct reports.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to pick up new ideas quickly and new systems and processes
Ability to multi task and prioritise
Experience in a Treasury environment
Experience of bank account management
